Founder/CEO
FAVE is founded by April N. Bitar. She is also known as "French Até", a Filipina based in Paris, France who understands the difficulty of citizens of the Philippines in obtaining visas. Therefore, FAVE team aims to serve as a bridge of Filipinos as well as other nationalities to France and Europe.
FAVE stands for French Até Ventures, but it also reflects the word "favor"—a symbol of how we treat our clients. At FAVE, every traveler is highly favored, and we’re committed to ensuring you experience favor throughout every step of your journey.
We are a passionate and professional visa consultancy specializing in Schengen Visa, Work Authorisations and Visa renewals for France. It is our mission to provide visa assistance with excellency and accuracy.

Kristaline Esteban is a visa consultant and sales rep at FAVE Visa Consultancy, specializing in work permits and visas for France. Formerly in real estate, she now fully focuses on helping clients achieve their dream of living and working abroad through expert guidance and personalized support.
Zariel Campañera
Account Manager
Zariel Campanera, a UP Visayas graduate, is an Account Manager at FAVE Visa Consultancy. She specializes in Philippine exit formalities and is passionate about research, offering expert, detail-oriented support to clients pursuing overseas opportunities.
Charlene Asuncion
Senior Executive Manager
Charlene, a Tourism Management graduate, joined FAVE Visa Consultancy in 2023 and became Senior Account Manager in 2025. With experience in customer service, marketing, and sales since 2015, she guides clients through visa processes with care and professionalism.
Nicole Saraet
Administrative/ Marketing Assistant
Nicole joined FAVE Visa Consultancy in March 2025 and supports France and Schengen Visa Applicants through document prep, client engagement, and marketing. Guided by her belief that “Every great journey begins with a single step,” she brings patience and positivity to every client interaction.
